It Supports 3D glasses or not?

This isnt a 3D projector per se. Having said that I have never tried to explore what happens if we run a 3D movie

My room size is small. Can I zoom the projection horizontally and vertically to fit my entire wall? How to do it?

Yes u can, the further u place the projector, the bigger the screen.. try to maintain a distance of 8-10ft between projector & wall for better experience.
