Helps with pain and muscle strain for me.
I learned about DLPA from runners in the Honolulu Marathon clinic a number of years back, they all agreed on DLPA. I live in an area where worlds athletes come to punish their bodies. Not my case- Im post spinal chord injury with lifetime of intractable pain. Anything thats natural over the counter that will help, I’ll try. Ive been taking DLPA daily for years-it helps. This is the best value, best quality, DLPA available for someone needing quite a bit. For my particular use, I add a couple of vitamin B’s, C and Magnesium. Everyone should check with their health care professionals and do research as I am not offering any health or medical advice. Im reviewing a source of DLPA that Ive found the best value for the money with good efficacy and dosages that fit me and my needs. I use DLPA over the long term, most dont. I tend to buy larger quantities for daily health benefits. I found this my best source for good quality health supplements that I use daily.

Great product for opiate withdrawal
Great product. Highly reccomended for anyone going through opiate withdrawals, do your research, but taking 2000mg+ per day greatly helps the dopamine deficit. The product was packaged well and the pills were fresh. Highly reccomended.

These do way more than advertised.
I discovered L-Phenylanaline 45 years ago. It really works. You don't get buzzed or anything, you're just in a sunnier mood. In fact, I was taking 1,000 mg by taking 2 500mg capsules. Then I ordered these 1,000 mg pills. I was taking 2 as usual. and after a week or two, I noticed my son didn't irritate me near as much as usual. And I looked at the bottle and realized I had doubled my dosage. And I will continue to do so! Who doesn't want to be less irritated? Also, It lessens your sense of taste, and your appetite. Whats not to like? give it a month. Youll notice a difference. start out at the 1,000 mg for a week or so first. It's a lot of change for your body to adjust to. you do lose some touch sensation. But I have alot of pain, so I'm good with that!

It does help relieve some pain. It also makes the effects of pain killers more noticeable.
The capsules are big. I suggest taking only one at a time. It has little to no flavor, but rather tastes like flour. I can take 2 at a time by chugging icewater, but suggest just 1 at a time.Taking B6 with DLPA seems to make it stronger for me. I suggest a regular dose of B6 with the DLPA. B6 has a bitter flavor and these DLPA capsules become tacky quickly while on the tongue. So, I suggest having a tall glass of water next to you prior to taking to simply assist washing it down.DLPA increases the strength of pain medications as well. Taking B6 and DLPA prior to pain medication will increase the potency of the pain medications. This is scientifically proven.DLPA is rather cheap and this form is fast working. Taking magnesium at night also helps DLPA work more efficiently.
