It’s only been a day since I purchased it so can’t comment a lot on the functionality. The initial expressions of the messaging function is satisfactory. The heating function though is so low in strength that it feels non existent. I’m actually not sure if it’s even heating to any extent or just lighting up the red light. Hence giving it 3 stars.

I suffer from muscle spasm between my rotary cuff and scapula due to long desk working hours, this eventually ends up leads to my entire neck area being frozen. I have bought and used multiple massagers before inculding the sports gun massager, but none come close to this because this emulates like fingers kneading and the warm heating elements add to the relief.A thing to note is even though its advertise for kneck use, you can easily adjust it to massage your back or even thigh, arm , i play basketball.and this massager does great for the after sores.
