At first, unsure if this was working due to actually working, or pla e o effect. Now, after about a week, I don't actually care. It's making me sleep. I've had a pretty shaky relationship with sleep, much of my life. For many years even taking rx sleep meds. Haven't taken those in decades, but struggle to sleep. This actually works fast. Several sprays at bedtime. Still awaken to pee, as usual, but am actually drowsy, fall quickly right back to sleep. I'm surprised. I've shared the link with my cousin, my neice, and don't usually review every purchase, but felt it should be shared. Will it work for you? Who knows. Glad I tried it.

Product does not work!!!! A waste of money, not eligible for return, only if box was defective, I used for 2 nights and it,did not help me to sleep, save your money, this product is bogus.

I was skeptical, but a couple of sprays under the tongue helped me drift off within 15 minutes. It’s so easy to use and doesn’t leave me feeling groggy the next morning.

This is the only product that works. I don't like taking pills to help me go to sleep. I am a believer and will subscribe!

Did not work.

I used this product for 5 days and it did work as a sleep aid. I woke up after sleeping a few hours with severe nose bleeds. Has this happened to anyone else? I stopped using this product and the nose bleeds also stopped.

It does put me to sleep. I just wish it lasted through the whole night. 6-8 sprays usually keep me asleep for about 4-5 hours. Then I have to use 3-4 additional sprays to achieve a full night of sleep.
