Does this mat make a sound?

It absolutely does make a sound. The one I got does. I got the gray & black 21x17. It makes a very loud crinkling noise like the baby & dog toys have inside them. I’m not sure my cats will tolerate it.

Is this pad very cushioned? What is the approximate thickness?

No it's not very thick but my kitten still loves it.

Would this fit well into the k&h ez mount window perch (i already have the perch)? has anyone tried this?
