It really is Hypoallergenic.

Don't BUY!!
The tape doesn't hold for anything!!! However when I sent a message to the seller they graciously sent me a much BETTER replacement (the blue roll) free of charge!! They should really take this one off the market, it isn't worth the money and a waste of your money. Stay with the blue tape of even the beige colored tape.
