Better than conventional decongestant
It seems to work as a decongestant instead of taking Sudafed which causes my vision to be somewhat blurred. It doesn't work as fast as Sudafed but it does relieve the congestion and no blurred vision.

Seems to help, but hard to be certain
A couple of years ago I started to do resistance training and take creatine for the first time. About a month in (or a bit more), I started to experience dramatically increased hair loss at the crown area. To combat this issue, since it most likely related to DHT, I developed an evolving treatment protocol. The latest iteration involved 1 pill of the Stinging Nettle Root every night and 1 pill of Saw Palmetto every morning, along with applying natural DHT blocking, stimulating, and/or anti-fungal ingredients and essential oils a couple to few times week. I also use an electric massager and red light cap a couple to few times a week. It's slow going, but I'm starting to get the hair back (I've only been doing the above full holistic treatment for about a year). It is hard to say how much or little the stinging nettle root is contributing to the above, but it is well known to strongly inhibit (not fully block) testosterone to DHT conversion in a slightly different way and ratio than saw palmetto (which is why I take them both, at opposite ends of the day).My already low sex drive has gotten a bit lower since doing all the above, but I don't think that is just the stinging nettle. (I've only been taking the stinging nettle for about 5 months, while the other stuff above I've been doing for longer--again about a year or so).

Works great!
Works great. Can go 4-6 hours without going to the restroom. Previously lucky if I lasted 2 hours.

Haven’t noticed a difference yet.
I’ve been using for a while and replaced a different brand that was not effective. Haven’t really noticed a difference with this brand either, but we’ll give it a few more months/bottles to see.

Impressed allergy sufferer!
I have severe allergies (think anaphylactic to the allergy test) and nothing has helped. Worse: my insurance HATES my high-needs prescriptions and fights me every time I get something filled.I started looking for holistic meds to help, along with what prescriptions I managed to force them to fill, and found that a few things really help. And some things do not. I won’t list the things I’ve tried and found no help from, but I will list what has been incredibly helpful for me.You’re welcome to search the promising studies on the list of what I’ve found helpful, and as always, consult your doctor, but here is what I take:Nettle: allergies and asthmaBromelian: asthmaPine Bark: Asthma/Allergies/ADHDTexas allergy dropsRiboflavin: migraine (prescribed by my neurologist)Magnesium: All The Things (prescribed for migraine though)Lithium (5 mg): Depression/anxiety (this will make me sleepy, though, aid I take it daily—so I often take it every other day instead of every day)B-complex: energy, brain fog, focus and attention, physical energy (this is a morning med or I’ll be up all night)I also take Flonase and Zyrtec nightly, though sometimes the Zyrtec isn’t enough. Thus the supplements.I’ve tampered with these over time, and finally found these to be the MOST worthy of my efforts to find stuff that works. I’m probably most impressed with the stinging nettle, and initially noticed that the tea helped when I had a cold that settled in my lungs. I’m really impressed with how much less I struggle with a runny nose and asthma!
