Very good taste. I don't like the taste of protein, but genuinely like these. Similar to a gluten free pretzel taste.

I have been trying a lot of protein snacks and these are interesting because they have a different shape, texture, and flavor than the others. It is also a ton of protein for the calorie count. Warning they are VERY salty. I wouldn't eat them every day, but it's good to mix into my protein routine.

These are absolutely AWFUL! They don’t have a ranch flavor at all. They taste like black pepper.

Tasted a little bit like off brand saltine crackers and a little gritty. They do fill me up. I would buy them again, but for the price, I eat each individual pretzel very slowly.

I try to avoid carbs so that leaves a lot of snacks out of my diet. I like the Quest chips and think they are a good substitute for taco chips. The “pretzels” have good crunch and are salty, but the substitution of the wheat flour affected the pretzel taste too much for me. They taste fine if you put something on them but I don’t care for them on their own.

Why is the price so high? I really like them but don’t know if I’ll order again because of the cost, but maybe! Got them cause of the protein and few calories!

I’ve been eating a kid a genic diet for over five years in order to control my blood sugar. And all that time, I have not found a satisfying, crunchy snack until now. These pretzels are wonderful and don’t spike my blood sugar. They’re not too salty, but have a great crunch. I love them.

If there is a medical reason you need to eat these, then by all means you will probably like them. I did not like the flavor at all. Would not purchase again.
