Sleep good if you got this stuff
Great for aging and bone pain. Some nights I put this stuff in a strainer and a cup of hot water and it keeps me asleep through the night. Tried to tell as many people as possible it's pretty potent and it's really good at balancing your blood sugar and it helps the pancreas it's Neat.
