Lenovo is better than Dell by a mile!
These Lenovos are actually very very good. Inexpensive and I haven’t has a single problem with them. Got introduced through work. They have never crashed in spite of having crappy Microsoft software!!!! Very happy with them.

Had invalid corporate Windows 10 license
The Windows 10 that was pre installed has come up saying that the license is bad. Evidently it was a corporate license and unless it can connect to their servers it shows as needing to be renewed. Now I have to buy Windows 10 and reload the whole thing again.What a bunch of trouble.

Es un excelente equipo, rápido y eficiente. No se le puede aumentar la memoria RAM y 4 gb quedan cortos, pero en todo caso es un equipo agradable para usar y robusto para transportar.

Lenovo is not a customer service company
Didn't last very long. Customer service was poor from Lenovo.

Good screen, relatively fast processor for small tasks
touch screen is fine, battery life isn't very good, so I turn mine off because the boot up is actually pretty quick.

Great Experience
Though we had a hiccup when receiving the first laptop, the customer service at ITSupplyGuy took expeditated care and went over and beyond to correct the issue. This laptop works amazing and we couldn't be more happy.

Lenovo Yoga a Pad.
My Macbook was literally falling apart so I tried this item. I selected it as it is an excellent touch pad. The active digital pen was broken and I asked for a new one, but no one return a message. I will keep the item, still rather than sent it all back. To add to the old debate, the OS is confusing and annoying. I will move a page and a series of pop ups apprear, then a Lenovo page of some sort. No explanation possible. I am told to delete automatic pop ups. I have spend hours trying to do things only to arrive a third party page that tells me you cant, even though you should. There is a fair iPad emulator I am trying.So, I will install Linux and run Mac and Windows on it. The PC itself is good. I have no idea of sturdiness.

Good, smooth
Smooth setup, came with Windows 10 as expected, and it's been serving me well and efficiently for the couple weeks that I've had it... Doesn't take long to get used to the smaller display size.
