American made
Searched every where for 3 oz dixie cups. Couldn't find them. I wanted USA made 3 oz paper cups. Came across "Solo" cups. American made and exactly what I was looking for. So glad I found them. So glad their American made!!No problem with leaking. Mainly use them for mouth wash and taking meds.

No leaks!
Glad I took a chance on these little paper cups despite all the reviews claiming that they leak. I was looking for a small paper water cup to use when brushing my teeth and didn’t want some chemical-laden Chinese made toxic cup. These are made in USA and furthermore have no plastic or wax linings; all paper. I remember using those little funnel-shaped triangular-looking cups decades ago that use to be attached to water coolers. They were all paper and never leaded either.I figured leak or no-leak, Chinese made cups were out of the question. So I purchased 600 of these little cups. I have gone through about 150 so far and will tell you that NOT A SINGLE ONE OF THESE CUPS LEAKED A DROP OF WATER. I’m not sure what to make of the reviews that claim the cups leak right through. The only thing I use them for is water and i drink it within about one minute of filling it. If this is your intended purpose you will certainly be happy with the quality of these cups. I also do not reuse them. Not sure if this is why some people are having problems. All I can say is that I am extrememely happy with these cups and would purchase them again without hesitation.

As expected
Previous cups i ordered were made in China. With all the paper recycling, that's ridiculous. Bought because this company's website said made in USA. Came in a clear plastic sleeve with no labeling, so can't be 100% sure?

Degradable! (Update)
I bought these because I wanted something that will be biodegradable. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because if you let it sit just a second too long with water in it it begins to leak, but I will buy it over and over and over again because it is degradable. Update: When I bought these again, they were a bit thicker and don't begin to leak right away. I love that they are better now and are degradable!

Now a red solo cup is the best receptacle...
For barbecues, tailgates, fairs and festivalsBut for bathroom paper cup non-collectablesI prefer simple plain whiteOkay, enough of my tribute to Toby Keith's Red Solo Cup.Every time I've ordered a new box of 3 oz paper cups I end up with whatever design is in stock. Most of the time that isn't a good thing - the last sleeve of cups I ordered ended up having Sponge Bob designs on them and that's not really the look I'm going for in my bathroom. These are just what I wanted - what you see in the product photo is what arrives at your door. Nice.I've read a lot of other reviews on this product complaining that these don't hold liquid for very long or that they leak. I've never had a problem like that with ANY paper cup (even the Sponge Bob's I mentioned above). I can't imagine using little paper cups like these for anything but water or mouthwash nor can I envision a scenario where I would leave it sitting full of liquid for an extended length of time. It's a PAPER cup, not even waxed paper, so I would be surprised if it is recommended or designed for anything more than filling with water for a quick drink or mouthwash for a quick gargle. If looking for something more sturdy, try something like this Solo 3-Ounce Plastic Bathroom Cups, 80-Count Packages (Pack of 12).I have ordered this item here on Amazon a few times now. My order history and price paid is shown below for those interested in seeing how this price has trended over the years.$6.63 09/2014$7.99 04/2016

I cheat the system!
I do reuse use these twice, sometimes thrice before chucking them. Typically I use them for dispensing mouthwash and rinsing. Being the cheapskate that I am however, I'm not easy on letting them go so fast. I'll get a second use, maybe a third by quickly rinsing them and letting them dry.I do give others the VIP treatment of getting to pull a fresh cup every time though.ABOUT LEAKING: Folks have complained that these leak, which they will if you keep liquids in them for a period of time. These are more for immediate dispensing, not extended casual use. They are paper, not wax coated which is a good thing ecologically and I do save them for the recycle bin.For the artistically inclined who are also up way too early for work, they are also blank canvases for those wanting to revisit the super fancy dispenser cups of yesteryear.

cups that leak
Why would a company make a paper cup for the bathroom knowing that people are going to generally fill them with some sort of fluid if they know it cannot withhold the use of liquids??? These cups are awful. I fill it up with water immediately after brushing my teeth, I do not let the water sit in the cup for long or else the bottoms fall right out and boom water everywhere. It is like a race to get the water into my mouth. Only a few times has it not immediately fallen through but you can definitely see the moisture coming through the sides.

Leak quickly
I wanted bathroom cups that were made in the US and environmentally friendly. I found that in these cups. Unfortunately they don't hold the water long. I try to reuse even disposable cups a time or two during the course of a day but that is not possible with these cups. The paper is thin and they leak on the second use as the water permeates the paper quickly. Also, there is a "paper" taste.
