Why did you pick this product vs others?:TBH, we just wanted to see if there was a difference between these expensive pillows and the ones we normally get. There truly is and we weren’t expecting that but love these!! Every time I lay down it’s nice and cool, it’s firm but soft at the same time. Feels like our heads are aligned correctly. I suffer from insomnia but for the first few weeks I fell asleep pretty quickly (it came back but that isn’t the pillows fault - my mind won’t stop). It hasn’t lost its shape or anything. Actually love this pillow so much!

I have been looking for a long time to find the right pillow. Returning so many of them. This pillow just happened to pop up on my amazon account and I think this is finally the right one. My head sweats so bad on other pillows, but this one keeps me cool that I don't sweat. It's so comfortable the cushion is just right. I don't have neck pain or shoulder pain, I just can't believe this pillow. I am able to sleep so much better. This pillow has helped so much. It's expensive but I will pay whatever just to have the right pillow.

I went with the tall size as I'm a larger framed individual. I think I would've been fine with the medium height because I like to sleep in all positions, but I'm fairly confident in sticking with the tall as well. The only position where it feels possibly a bit too tall is on my back, but this is mitigated by placing the pillow a little farther down touching my shoulders. Sleeping on my side and stomach feels perfect. Normally a stomach sleeper wouldn't want a tall pillow, but this one works for me with my preferred style of the pillow parallel to my body and one arm underneath. It compresses a lot under my weight, but remains very supportive. It's a unique pillow for sure.The smell wasn't really good or bad, but also wasn't noticeable on the second night. Seemed to dissipate quickly.Pillow remains decently cool throughout the night. Nothing amazing, but at the same time I didn't even have to flip it once. Maybe that is amazing. Normally I would flip a pillow to the cool side 3 or 4 times.One thing I really noticed was that while sleeping on my side, even with an ear bud in, didn't irritate my ear at all.I'm very happy with the purchase at $159 for Prime Days Deals.

This pillow does many things right. Its soft, yet, firm. It contours well. One downside is the weight and heat retention. It is heavy, so moving it around can be a tad annoying, and it does seem to retain heat more than I would like. Outside of those two, this pillow has been wonderful.The cost is a bit steep for a pillow, however, this ain't your dad’s pillow. This pillow will stay fluffed and never permanently flatten. That's thanks to the unique filling that is similar to the beds they manufacture.Pros: Comfortable, always rebounds to original state, users will get great sleep with itCons: Weight, price, heat retentionOverall: This pillow is worth the purchase if you have the extra money available and don't mind spending an excessive amount. My rating is reflected primarily by the cost since the other two are minor complaints. Get this pillow, and enjoy some good sleep. 4/5

I have suffered with neck pain from awkward sleeping positions on subpar pillows and hours commute daily in a car for a while. I tried chiropractors, creams, heating pads and had no luck. This pillow, for me changed it all. I will occasionally have a small twinge of pain in my neck after a long day of looking down at my newborn, but the pillow doesn’t compound it from day to day. Had no issues with smell out of the box. Firm yet soft feel. The purple honey comb pattern is really comfortable. Extremely high quality. I sleep on my back, stomach, side, everything and this thing is great for it all. It can get a little warm after not moving but not to a level that wakes me up. I would get a pillow case as the breathable outer layer can stain like any other pillow. I did the fitting on the purple website and they recommended the medium size for me. 5’10 230 with a smaller head and wide shoulders. Highly recommend.

My neck doesn’t hurt anymore! I’m a stomach and side sleeper, and this pillow is absolutely wonderful! It’s the perfect thickness, support, and softness that I was looking for. Definitely worth the money!

The pillow is comfortable, that is definitely the big PRO, but I purchased the pillow for the potential cooling effect, which wasn't nearly what I had hoped and is a big CON in my view. If you are looking mostly for comfort this will be great, if you are hoping to enjoy the cooling effect throughout your slumber, you will be disappointed, especially because the cost should provide spectacular results.I have to return.

I tried one of these at the mattress store a few months back and loved it! But couldn’t see paying this much for pillow, especially after dropping over $5000 on a bed. I’ve still wanted the pillow so I finally ordered one. After reading reviews I bought the tall, since I’m a side sleeper and need the extra support. The tall was too tall! I woke up with major neck pain that is lasting all day. After 2 very uncomfortable nights I decided to return and order the medium. The medium is what I had tried in the store initially. Purple is taking the tall pillow back but I am being charged about $20 to return it. So just a heads up. It is a great pillow though, and the quality seems fantastic.
