So I was very pleased with this Jumpstarter AND the customer service as well. So my car recently had an issue where it needs to be jumped half of the time I go to use it, a dodge challenger. This jumper with the force start button would jump it instantly, I don't even need to wait for more than a few seconds.At some point though the charging port had an issue and wouldn't charge after I had it for a few months. I contacted their support & while I waited bought another competitors jumper since I need one to drive. This jumper I bought from another seller was MUCH worse. Only 1 jump would knock the battery down to 75% it would require multiple attempts because it'd turn red randomly & had to sit on there for MINUTES before itd work. This jumper here on the other hand can be used 10 plus times before it gets to 75% charge which is IMPORTANT if I need to turn my car off while I'm out.You can imagine how happily surprised I was when I found out the jumper from this seller (the much better one) was still under warranty. They were very quick & professional & I got the replacement jumper for free with free shipping within a week. I immediately returned the worse jumper I had got it in the mean time & now will always use this jumper. The force start is important because it makes the car start instantly with no waiting or trial and error. The worse jumper I used (the competitors) was actually MORE expensive and much worse. This jumper here is 5 stars because it works amazingly & if it has any issues they will replace it for free as long as it's still under the warranty period which is at least a year. Im very pleased with this jumper & won't be buying another one after the bad experience I had with it's competitors jumpers.

I accidentally left my car in neutral with the parking break on, and even though I pressed the button to turn off my car, the battery was on all night 🤦‍♀️ Needless to say, the next morning, it was dead as a doorknob. I am not handsy with anything to do with cars at all and my apartment maintenance team did not have jumper cables so I was stuck.Ordered this kit on Amazon and it came in the same day. It was at a 75% charge when it came in but I still put it on charge for a few hours to let it get to 100%. The next morning I said a little prayer and went to go try to start my car. Let me stress that I don’t know anything about cars and I was worried I wouldn’t know where to plug the clamps.After reading the instruction manual and asking ChatGPT to walk me through it, I was sure I got the clamps on the correct screws on the battery. It really helps that the battery features a blue light when it’s ready to be used, and when you put the clamps on the battery, it turns green when it’s ready for the car to be started.With that in mind, I tried to start my car and it did make that dead battery sounding noise at first but didn’t start. I was a bit crestfallen so I stopped trying to start it. However, my car started making all the noises of a car that’s not started but has the keys inside and the dashboard lights lit up so that gave me hope. I waited about a minute and then tried starting the car again and voila, it purred to life with no problem. I was SO relieved.This is a tool that every woman should have in her car at all times and I am so glad that someone invented this.

Have it for over a year and recently used it over 30 times to jump start a 4.4L Diesel V8 Range Rover with a parasitic drain. It fires right up and easy to use.I did however had an issue (once) where it was charged 100%, I connected it to the battery, and took my time starting the engine which caused the charger to drain. That's probably my mistake. If you don't take too long, that's a none issue.The cables could be longer but they're ok.

Excellent if your battery is just a little weak, or if you need to start a riding mower or side-by-side, since these batteries are seasonal, and sometimes you don't use the machine enough to recharge the battery. But if the battery is VERY weak, this gadget provides an initial charge, but can't sustain it through lengthy grinding. I got Christmas presents for my kids (now age 46-51) and told them "Use it. Recharge it." I have two riding mowers and a side-by-side. If I have to jump-start all three, I'm not sure one charge will last through three jumps, but let's hope I never have to find out.

This is the most convenient invention ever!! Not having to worry about carrying big jumper cables, having someone around to use their battery, and just the peace of mind wherever you are you can jump your car is SO WORTH IT. I have a car Ive been working on and it sits for a while in the garage and it was terrible pushing it out to get my other car to reach it so i could jump start it. Now i can just hook this thing up and not have to worry about anything! I’ve been able to help strangers and its started most vehicles no problem. 100% worth to keep on hand. Also has a flash light and a usb port so thats also very handy too.

Amazing awesome to use. Charged my battery better than any jump I've received by a vehicle. Super early to use, I'm horrible with vehicles. But I was able to do this one all by myself. I'm surprised it was only a little over $30

Power:Was nervous this tiny little thing wouldn’t be able to do very much but got it “just in case” … well today I needed to jump my SUV….. less than 5 mins and good to go!!! Definitely worth the buy!!

I bought this to jumpstart a dead battery on a 2023 Lexus ES350. Out of the box it was unable to jumpstart the car. Had to fully charge the device overnight before attempting again. This time the car did start. Seems like you need this device fully charged to be able to jumpstart a modern car with a lot of electronic components and safety features. I've only had to use it once so far so not sure how reliable this is in the long run.
