Work good for resistance bands
Got two to use with multi-sized resistance bands for different exercises. They work great, although one of them overtightens sometimes so I keep a wrench handy in case that happens.

Was surprised how nice and heavy they were! Can already tell it’s a solid piece of equipment. I’m using it for my exercise bands with a power lifting bar and a weighted chains collar. So I can use my slater power strong man log with or without chains added bands or chains and bands. These bad boys are going to allow me to have resistance and weight! Super excited!!!!

I was so excited to stumble across these. They are perfect for connecting three chains on my swing seat. Two chains on each side of a wooden plank seat to the single chain that extends down from the top brace.So happy!
