This wrist watch was a complete waste of money! I used it without a problem for less than 3 months (beyond the return limit), then it kept stopping whenever I wore it on my wrist. When I took it off my wrist and laid it down with little or no movement it kept going. So as a wrist watch it was completely useless. Very disappointed so no stars then.In fairness, after my original review, Bosck were very apologetic, implying that such failures are very unusual and offering a full refund, which I accepted. They treated me as well as I could have hoped in the circumstances and when the occasion arises I may well give them another chance. Another star for good customer relations.

Nice watch at a good price.

Nice watch to look at. I chose the gold face.The watch is rather light and the strap was too large for me which was easily readjusted.I used the included pin removal tool that bent on first use. ( mainly because the spindle of the tool was bent in the first place ) I ended up removing the pins manually from tools from my watch tool bag. I found replacing them was a chore as the pins are very tight but got there in the end. I noticed that on replacing one of the pins it started to distort the piece of strap that I was re connecting. ( the strap is made of very thin gauge metal ) so caution was needed to tap the pins in. You can make fine adjustment on the strap size by moving the sprung pins that hold the strap to the catch. I'm not sure why more watch makers don't design this option to all metal bracelet watches.The time day and date was easy to set. The watch winding spindle was fully opened on receipt to prevent battery use. You can set the hands from this position then by pushing in slightly and turning dial clockwise then anti clockwise to set date and day and the jobs done!Some parts of the watch face cheapen the look but for the price this is to be expected.Overall a good buy though....

I love the style. It looks good for the price but no matter how much I spin the dial it won't set the day to Friday and it keeps switching to Japanese out of nowhere. The date is fine, just have to adjust months that aren't 31 days. But it won't accurately show what day it is. It just never shows Friday. Very annoying.

I'm female, but like to wear a heavy, large face watch. This watch is very comfortable and comes with the gadget to alter the band, so you don't have to pay for an alteration. This is very handy and thoughtful of the manufacturers.Although it is supposed to be for a man, I think it's entirely suitable for a woman.Excellent value for money and highly recommended!
