Can bulbs from other weltool penlights be used with this light? specifically the m6-bl?

M6-BL bulbs cannot be used on M6-RD, Weltool penlights M6-BL is special.but M6, M6-DR, M6-RD, M6-UV can replace bulbs with each other.

Any chance of buying replacement clips for this m6-rd red light pen?
