Most innovative, German made, layout tool.
The Stabila layout station has been a complete game changer for me. Instead of dreading breaking out a stringline and a plumb Bob, I relish implementing my favorite Stabila acquisition. I never thought anything would oust my Stabby levels out of position number one, but the layout station has done that very thing, precisely. The Layout Station uses a "plumb dot" to pick up a reference point in order to create a perpendicular and/or linear layout. It is, bar none, the easiest and most accurate way to layout most anything that requires a layout! Build quality is nothing less than you would expect from a German company. I can't say enough about the Layout Station, but I will say go on U Tube, watch the vids, pay the money and reap the bennifits and satisfactions afforded to you, from this extraordinary tool.

Super accurate
I'm a GC. I bought this instrument to layout a foundation and I was able to layout a perfectly square foundation by myself in 1 hour. It actually took 30 minutes but ai kept checking and double checking the layout. Amazing tool.

Perfect tool for layout with one man

Does not work
The machine cant find the receiver. It will tell you to rotate in one direction until you hear nothing and can secure on the solid green line. After 20 minutes of wasting our time, we had to use tape measures and check diagonals. Wasted over 2K on this paper weight.

Sweet laser
I love this laser. I recently purchased it to save time snapping walls on a slab. It’s really a time saver. I show up, snap a line on the longest exterior wall of the house, then use this laser to square off it. Once those two lines are set we pull everything off of them. It’s simple and efficient. The two story house we just finished turned out perfectly square all the way up.
