Excellent Value For Money
This monitor has a decent picture, refresh rate and Gsync making it a great gaming monitor. I have a 3090 graphics card I care more about a consistent frames per second than having a stupidly high resolution. QHD is a great compromise for me in that there’s a much higher pixel density than HD but I can still run modern games on maxed out settings - this will depend on your graphics card though. There’s some useful additional features such as ‘training mode’ where you can get the monitor to display a target on the centre of the screen. This is useful for some shooters when the game doesn’t display a target and you have to use gun sights eg allowing you to accurately headshot when firing from the hip. Overall I think this a great monitor for the money

Great monitor, just be patient with it if you use Display Port.
Before I begin this review, I feel like it's best to say what I've moved from and how I'm limited/unable to utilise all of the features (currently). Keep that in mind for this version of the review.I'm running this monitor an AMD R9 Fury X using DisplayPort 1.2 as the optimum connection for the moment. This means that I do not have access to HDR, the full 144hz (I'm capped at 60), and some other features just yet. Once the AMD RX7900XTX releases, I will be upgrading to that, and will try to remember to revise this review when I can to better cover the full featureset. With that said, moving from a 27" 2560x1440~144hz TN monitor has been great because the colours, the viewing angles, and the pixel density (visual clarity) is incredible. Despite being 1" bigger than my old monitor, it provides approximately 1.5x the pixel density with 2.25x the resolution, and it's noticed immediately. The monitor is a true joy to look at and in my personal set-up, and the PPI x distance from my screen (30 inches away) means that it achieves greater than 'retina' effect. (for reference, this monitor at 28" requires 22 inches of distance to be classified as 'retina' by Apple trademark standards). One issue with this monitor is getting the Display Port connection to work properly. I managed to get it working, and then it stopped, and now it works again. Can I explain why this happened and how I fixed it? No, not really. I just had to keep attempting everything I could to get it to connect. Changing the cable, unplugging and replugging, changing the monitor feed to DP1.2 instead of 1.4, rebooting my PC many, many times...In the end, something clicked and the monitor has worked flawlessly since. Googling it didn't provide much help other than letting me know it's not an unheard of issue, but it works now.Because of this, I don't turn it off using the power button on the back of the screen, but thankfully it does have an automatic sleep timer where it will go into standby mode if no signal activity is detected (and power up when there IS signal detected) - while also not having any indicator lights. For some people, there lack of an indicator may be offputting, but for me, I think it's a plus because it just looks cleaner.Overall, I'm really loving it, and definitely recommend this monitor so far.

Half price than original MSRP !
This is my first ever 1440p monitor. I'd always told myself 'it's just a screen, go cheap as possible'. It's just been delivered and set up. These are obviously only my initial impressions, but as an upgrade from a 1080p monitor, the difference in quality is immense. Gaming at 1440p compared to 1080P is night and day. No dead pixels for me and since it is now 50% less than it's original MSRP it' an absolute bargain. The 31.5" screen really looks crisp even compared to my previous 1080p monitor.(which was also 31.5"). Put simply, if you're looking for a quality 1440p monitor grab one while you can. I won't go into the specs because they are clearly mentioned in the item description and there are numerous Youtube videos reviewing it. To sum up, I'm one happy customer.

Great monitor, good colour, sharpness, alright HDR
Love this monitor! Really sharp, looks amazing.Being 28" is nice as it is a great size to sit around 2-3ft away and be comfortable. It has HDR but it isn't the best HDR as it only goes up to 300nits which is a shame.I really recommend this!(buy it on offer though, well worth the £199.99 I paid for it, probably not worth much above £270)

Truthful review, please read below
My first order of this monitor was exchanged due to a couple “dead pixels” which ASUS weren’t willing to help with as they deem 3 or less dead pixels as fine. Amazon sent me another one out which was completely fine with no issues. The monitor itself is amazing quality running at 280hz on overclock mode. I play a lot of Valorant and CSGO at a high level and it is very noticeable coming from 144hz. If you buy this monitor first thing you need to do is a dead pixel test online and also go to UFOtest.com to see the full 280hz compared to others. The monitor itself is 5* all round and includes a DP cable and HDMI cable so It’s great although I personally spent an extra £10 on a better braided DO cable as I never trust the ones that come with it. The only downside to this monitor is the risk of getting a dead pixel but if you have this issue just go through Amazon and not ASUS. The only issue that I would say this monitor has is that some blacks appear as grey due it being an IPS, if this doesn’t bother you it can actually help you in some games if a enemy player is hiding in a dark corner. But overall it’s definitely worth the money. To note I’ve tried this running from a 1050ti and also a 3080ti and it’s great on both at 280hz
