My favorite thing about my place now
The media could not be loaded. I love this! The speed is great for me, I haven’t had any issues with it at all in the 4 months of having it. It’s actually on quite a lot when I’m home and I never fear for it dying on me or anything. You don’t hear the motor at all. Overall it’s an excellent piece of equipment.You may require an extension cord and some hooks to anchor the wire out of the way of course. I have mine hooked up to a WiFi plug so that I can turn it on and off with an app on my phone.

Good Speed
The media could not be loaded. Great overall. On startup it makes about as much noise as a person talking with their "inside voice," but pretty quiet after it gets going. If you can hear the motor, your music should be louder. Great speed - not too fast. Mounts easily, seems sturdy so far.

Too fast for a mirror ball
Get a slower motor or plug in thru a dimmer… this one makes you dizzy… good motor, ran nonstop for a long weekend…

Perfect speed for Pedal Mobile
The media could not be loaded. The weight capacity and speed are ideal for a small Pedal Mobile. I don’t know the total weight of this one but I’m estimating <5lb.Easy to mount and has a nice heavy duty ring to hang your mobile. No need to spend >$50 for a pedal mobile motor!

Outstanding performance
I let my physics students design and perform their own laser-light show. Two of these motors turned 6- and 8-inch mirror balls, and a third one was mounted on a piece of plywood to which three lasers were attached pointing upward to provide a more dynamic overall display. This is the third year that I have used them, and they are on and turning for several hours a day over a two-week period. I have not had a problem with any of them.
