The best feeling matte screen protector I have tried so far for my iPad pro!
The media could not be loaded. First impressions: Five stars so far!! I don't usually leave reviews, but this thing has me glowing. This is the best feeling matte screen protector I've ever tried for my iPad (so far). Up until this point, I've been using films. This is the first actual glass matte one, and if it works out I won't ever go back to the films. I draw a lot of digital art, and this is just textured enough to not have that "drawing on glass" feeling you get with the Apple Pencil on the natural iPad screen. It's not as textured as the film protectors I have tried, so it doesn't catch too much of my pencil nib. I'm hoping that means it won't wear down as fast. This screen protector is also a good bit thicker than the film ones I have tried, so hopefully that means it won't scratch as easily as those ones.Install: the easiest iPad screen protector installation I have ever done, because of the plastic alignment frame the package gives you, I did not end up with a misaligned screen protector like I have with films in the past. Went on perfectly!Fit: perfect so far, had to work a little to remove the air bubbles, but now they are gone and it fits beautifully even with my iPad in its case (Logitech Slimfolio). You can see from my photos that there are so air bubbles or uplifted corners, even with the case on.Drawing feel: the smoothest out of any matte screen protector I have tried for the iPad! Also, the pencil writes on it much quieter. Someone else mentioned that it feels like drawing on a Wacom/Huion screen, and I have to say I agree! At first I was worried that because it was a thicker screen, that would inhibit my nib pressure, but that doesn't seem to be the case so far.Overall I love this thing, really hope it works out because as I said before it's the best matte screen protector I've tried thus far for the iPad!

Best Matte Glass Screen Protector
Honestly amazing. This is exactly what I was looking for. I had previously purchased an ESR screen protector but it was a mirror and a fingerprint magnet. I initially wanted a matte screen protector, but I didn’t want the films and this is the perfect solution. It’s tempered glass so you get the feel and protection of glass with the look of the matte protector. Installation was easy. I love it thus far.

WOW
This is my third anti-glare, matte finish screen protector and by far the best for my needs. I’m a professional photographer and the iPad Pro is my main computer. I’m edit photos and use the Apple Pencil daily.I’ve had Paperlike, Rock Paper Pencil from Astropad and now this one from Mothca which is by far the best for me. I like how Astropad feels for writing by I don’t draw on my iPad, I need the photos to be as clear and as sharp as possible and Mothca wins hands down. It feels smooth to the touch like what the back of newer iPhones feels like (I have a 15 Pro Max). Like any screen protector, installing takes patience but if you follow the directions you’ll get a bubble, lint free screen. I’m currently doing some renovations in my home so dust is everywhere and some got under the screen protector but it comes with some tape to remove it and it works just like what’s in the video. Also, you get two per package so I’m set until I upgrade my iPad Pro in a year or two.Bravo!

Perfect for people who miss their Wacom/Huion tablets!
I've been looking everywhere for that kind of matte, but smooth screen protector, and I've finally found it!I love my iPad, I just don't like the super glossy feel of the screen. It makes my pencil tip feel like it's covered in oil and it's just slipping and sliding all over the place.I also don't like the textured "matte" screen protectors that I've tried. Paperlike was the worst, TechArmor would have been perfectly fine, but it had a lot of that rainbow "dazzling" effect that made it really difficult to see some of the subtle detail in my work (I use some texture, and the dazzling effect made it impossible to see it while I was working)This Mothca screen protector is exactly what I was looking for. It's matte, but it's *smooth*, just like my old Wacom and Huion tablets. Some points:- Again, it's matte and SMOOTH. Not textured at all. There's just enough resistance for my pencil to not feel extremely slippery- It's tempered glass, so there will be a little bit of wobble to drawn lines, but I found that it's only a problem if I go very slow.- Pen pressure feels great!- There's still a "dazzling" rainbow effect, but it's subtle, and I only really noticed it because I was actually looking for it. It's not nearly as bad as textured matte screen protectors- The installation kit was almost perfect. The alcohol wipes were small and left a strange residue, so I used my own screen wipes. I do wish that there were a stiff card to help with pushing out bubbles (I have one for laminating, so I used that), and stronger stickers to help pull up the corners of the screen protector so I didn't have to pry it up with my fingernail to get at any dust that ended up getting trapped.I love this screen protector, but the installation kit itself is what brings it down to 4 stars.- I saw a bunch of reviews mentioning that the installation was difficult, and if you follow the instructions as written I can definitely see how it'd be pretty frustrating. What I did was I used the Paperlike installation method and used the alignment stickers on one side of the iPad to create a hinge with the screen protector. And then I cleaned the screen, removed dust, and then *carefully* removed the backing to the protector before folding it back over the screen. I had no issues at all!Overall, other than the installation kit being a little lackluster, the Mothca screen protector is great, and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants something with a similar feel to the Wacom/Huion screens!

Revolutionary!
Fabulous screen protector. It feels so smooth it's hard to believe it's a matte protector just from feel alone. When you look at the screen with this protector on there's hardly any glare, and it makes the screen still look beautiful. This looks and feels like the external matte monitor I use with my laptop. I did remove the protector I used to have on my iPad Pro (2018) before putting this one on as it was too tight a squeeze to have both protectors on the device. I had no issues with putting this one on the iPad, and they included a frame that helped with algningment. The sound of the Apple Pencil on this is quite pleasant. The only regret I have is not finding this sooner.
