Amarena Fabbri Wild Cherries in syrup and Fabbri Ginger in syrup COMBO, 21oz

I love these items! The berries are great for desserts and beverages. While the ginger is great in cooking as well as teas.

I have used the products in oatmeal, grits, pancakes and it tastes great. Plus the jars are beautiful.

These are both so good. The cherries are the best I’ve ever had. My husband loves to make fancy cocktails and the cherries are fantastic in an Old Fashioned and the ginger is great in a mule. We also like to make “mocktails” with ginger - a bit of fuzzy water, a splash of juice, a bit of ginger beer and one of these “ginger meatballs” (as my hubby calls them) plus a bit of the juice their in - and, dang, that’s tasty!

Tastes good! Great for cocktails! Very costly for what you get!

Just in case you might think these are interchangeable in a recipe that calls for Maraschino Cherries, they are not. At least they weren't for me and my latest batch of Cherry Ice Box cookies that had to get tossed. I'm guessing that I should have done more research before attempting to bake with these or even buying them. They definitely have a bitter taste and I don't like bitter. YMMV (Your Mileage May Vary :-) ).

Absolutely a must try product. Had the cherries before but first time for the ginger. Once you had either or flavor you will be hooked. Very delicious and arrived quickly. Packaged carefully, it will get to you in one piece. Would highly recommend both the cherries and the ginger.
