21121-2058 Ignition Coil For Kawasaki FC290V 21121-2084

Get the ignition module at the same time. I purchased the coil only because my existing coil worked when cold and would fail when hot, meaning it was just a bad coil. When cold, I had plenty of spark I bought just a coil because I knew the ignition module was good, however, the new coil did not work with the old module. Company shipped me a second coil because I thought the first was faulty. Same issue with the second coil. I had spark with the factory coil until I got hot, zero spark with the new coil And Old module. Once I put the new module on Both new coils worked. Get the module at the same time

The coil was shipped quickly and arrived in a well pack package. It would have been helpful to have instructions on how to remove and reinstall the spark plug boot - instead, I had to look that up on line. Once installed, the mower started and ran fine, and has continued to function with no issues. It was good to find this coil because the manufacturer (Kawasaki) no longer makes this replacement part.

liked it for the price. when I tried to install it the hole`s did not line up coil sat back to far from flywheel to work. never seen a coil with out some kind of off set hole to fine tune the coil with the fly wheel
