Hyland's Leg Cramps PM Nighttime Cramp Relief Tablets, 50 Count (Pack of 2)

These Hyland products are what you need if you suffer from RLS and/or leg cramps. The Restful Legs pills are the only product I have found that will stop the severe symptoms I have. Be sure to follow the directions exactly as recommended. If you also have leg/foot cramps, as I sometimes get along with the RLS, I use the Hylands Leg Cramp product, again taken as recommended. These two products are worth at least 10 STARS each. If you have either or both of these issues you will Bless the day you heard of these Hyland products.

One of the worse things that can happen is to settle down for a good night's sleep and get a really bad leg cramp. Before I started using this product, I would jump out of bed and walk it out. Only to have the cramp to start back up. Now I just have to slip three of the pills under my tongue and wait a few minutes for them to work. If the cramps come back, I just repeat the three pills.

One dose usually clears/prevents nighttime cramps after a hike/workout. Rarely have to take a 2nd dose.

The only thing I would say is that the directions say use 2 and I find that I need to use a few more for them to work but they do work.
