Will this read a samsung 128gb sd card?

It has read ever card I have put into it. There are two slots, one for the micro cards and one for the normal sized cards. Works like a charm.

We don't see any led on this to show activity. did we miss it?

It doesn't have an led, just the 2 slots for SD cards. I used it to update my car's nav system using a laptop, and the online updating program showed progress.

My reader, ordered within the past few months is already not working. Who do I contact for support?

Will this work for uhs-ii cards that have 300mbs read speed and 299mbs write speed?

Mine are high speed not sure of exact speed but my trail cam takes 1080p video & 25 mega pixel still pics so ... Probably so

Best SD card reader

Price is high but does the job well. For 1 hour usage it heats up a lot. This is the only drawback of this device.

It worked few times I used it until today it didnt show up on any computer. I tried searching online but no resolution. And in windows device manager and partition creator softwares, it shows as Norelsys USB Bootloader with no media, which basically means the controller chip cant connect to the sd card due to some reason. It has Norelsys NS1081 card reader flash controller chip which I found by checking its VID and PID. I tried searching for mass-production tools for this chip and found it after many head numbing and painful hours. But, even that tool cant flash new firmware or do anything to it because Ugreen has done some weird things. Very upset with this card reader. I have always trusted Ugreen, but now I will think twice before even considering Ugreen.
