Works as well as the more expensive Voltaren. The gel is a little looser/more liquid than the leading brand. No problem. I actually like the screw-off cap better than the flip cap on the leading brand. A small hidden benefit: the screw-off cap results in the surrounding tube being a bit softer. This enables the user, IMO, to squeeze out an extra 1-2 doses per tube.

I have used this product for years, and yes, you can use it on your back, even though it says to only use it on arms and shoulders.It especially helps when my knees are so stiff that I have trouble riding my bike, after a day of applying it 4 times a day, the pain is completely gone.What I really don't get, is that the directions say to have 3 alcoholic drinks a day while using this stuff, that information is along with all the caution info that you normally get on medicine boxe.Go figure.😂

I've purchased this before but this shipment was different. The tube was long & thin & harder to open for arthritis suffers. Also cream was thinner & didnt seem as effective although pkg lasted same strength as previous order.
