The media could not be loaded. The OTG itself is excellent — I love the classic look, and the temperature control is very precise. It performs really well and feels premium.However, I was disappointed with the condition it arrived in. Due to poor transportation, the OTG had several dent marks. Also, there were visible finger grease marks on the inside of the glass door, which made it look like a used product.It’s a great product, but the handling and packaging need serious improvement.
