Perfect for my Scooby-Doo stuff

This MacBook was bought last October. The laptop has been rendered useless shortly after the return window has closed. The battery barely holds, and the software is outdated. Nowhere in here did it state I would be buying a 2011 MacBook! That was deceiving! I can’t get something simple like Word installed because it’s outdated! I’ve reached out to Apple support to see if they would even consider giving some form of credit for an upgrade. Needless to say, it’s “too old and not worth a penny but they’d be more than happy to recycle the laptop” for me. Amazon should do the right think and replace this for me!DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!

Off the bat is pretty nice and in great condition to the eye. My biggest concern that I will probably be returning it for is that it does not stay charged off of the charger. It will be at 100% and 30 seconds after I take it off the charger it shuts down.

From hearing about what others were saying about the 2011 model I was expecting it to be very outdated and had prepared myself, but this is really great for a first time Mac buyer. It does everything I need it to within a timely matter. Very good for school use or college and it came in very nice condition.

Terrible Battery life, low quality functions, the computer seemed tampered with and didn't function like it had a core i5 not even and i3. Had to be kept on life support charging just to function through an hour of simple updating or downloading or searching the web. Definitely not a reliable piece of equipment.

I use my MacBook I know its a little older so its like what do you expect but still some programs don't run as smoothly especially updates been through apple support plus more I will say it does work with some social media sites and calling but it does move really slow be waiting 10 minuets just for an app to open and App Store is not updated to this year so any social media apps I was using were on safari which crashes out most of time I expected better.
