Hi there,No, this pan is not oven proof because the egg handle is a plastic-like material.

Yeah it's non stick! Even for cheese it still works well, the cheese does not stick to it so much; just minimal sticking... cleanup is easy because everything virtually slides off this baby :P

It is, but I still spray it with cooking spray.
