Q: Will a roll of bubble wrap that measures 22" in diameter and 48" in length fit into this?

I just measured the depth and it looks to be closer to 20". But the length would definitely accommodate the 48". We are storing 48" small recital hall curtain rods/tubes in this duffel bag very comfortably plus the folded curtains.

Q: will this fit a kangaroo and a koala, (stacked, not side by side), or will i need a cover?

I'd guestimate you could fit as many as 3 koalas in there, but it depends on the size of the roo in question. A large male, no chance. A joey, yeah sure. Maybe a few of them.

Q: Will this be able to fit a 50 inch aluminum tube?

It should be able to fit. I have a pole that is 49 inches long that fits with extra room in the bag.

Q: Has anyone done DIY gym sandbags with these, do they hold up?

I have not. But can say they are sturdy. Don't know if zipper would hold sand in. But again they a good quality.
