Worked well for my disaster!
I was sceptical at first, but reckoned that as my hair colour was currently limiting my career choices down to anywhere where the uniform is orange (easy jet, b&q etc), what had I to lose? I'm really glad I tried it as it has removed the vast majority of the brassiness from my hair and left me with a blonde natural looking colour. The shampoo comes out dark purple, you shampoo your damp hair, leave in for 5 minutes then rinse. The conditioner you leave in for about 3 minutes. I am buying this product again.
