Upgrade To This..Now
I have been using cheap $20 square griddle pans from the grocery store and having to replace them every couple years. The Ninja Premium Square Griddle Pan is night and day better - at everything. First of all, it comes in some smart packaging that protects it during transit.Out of the package you immediately notice the weight difference vs the cheaper pans. It has a much thicker base suited for stovetop to oven. Plus they designed it to work with induction cooktops, making it super-versatile.The smooth ergonomic handle is designed to stay cool during cook time, and has a convenient hole in the end for hanging. After the initial recommended cleaning with soap and water, the first item cooked was of course a grilled cheese! I followed the directions letting the pan heat up before adding any food. I was amazed at how evenly it cooks. The cheapie pans got really hot and would burn the food if you didn't pay attention.I used the same exact temperature setting (I have a gas stove) and the cook was consistent with no hot spots. After the pan cooled, cleanup was as simple as wiping it clean. For as much as we use this type of pan, the upgrade was completely worth it.

Best pan ever. As simple as that
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is the best pan I've ever had. I'm not exaggerating, folks this is the only pan you will ever need. When they say is non-stick it is really non stick. It is sturdy, the heat distributes evenly. I'm literally flabbergasted by this pan. I know Ninja produces amazing products but this goes far beyond my expectations.

My Go To Pan
My favorite pan in the entire cupboard. I use this every day. You can use metal spatulas and it doesn't scratch. It's easy to clean. It's a good size for my needs. It's solid but not too heavy, and works on an induction burner.

Best pan
Easily the best pan I've ever owned. I basically don't use any others now. Cleans easy, never has any issues with food sticking to it. Even feels good to hold. I'll likely replace my entire kitchen set with these eventually.

most amazing pan I've ever had
most amazing pan I've ever had. It is true that it never sticks. Cleaning it was also easy as I am uncertain it will resist an abrasive element and I'm not risking it for scratches.

Not great with induction, fine otherwise
This said it is compatible with induction cooktops. But it came with a metal disk built into the bottom, which means when you cook on an induction cooktop you get a hot circle. The corners don't heat as much. It says to heat it for five minutes before cooking, which I did. I set my induction cooker to 220 degrees, heated it, then put in the beaten eggs. They burned, which means the pan somehow confused the sensor on my induction cooker. Other than that it is a good pan. I will keep it for use on a gas stove. But for induction I ordered a SENSARTE Nonstick Crepe Pan, which I know works great with induction (even though it has the same ferris metal circle bonded to its bottom).

True non-stick
This Ninja nonstick griddle delivers exactly what you need — a dependable cooking surface with none of the mess. It heats evenly, cleans up quickly, and handles everything from pancakes to quesadillas with ease.

Love the Ninja Foodi NeverStick Premium cookware, but question the warranty.
I have a full set of the Ninja Foodi NeverStick Premium cookware and love it. I bought two of these 8-inch Fry pans. Since I am cooking for two, this pan works great for cooking breakfast sausage links for two. I bought another of these, and use both at the same time to cook omelets for my husband and I. They are the perfect size for a personal-sized omelet using 2-3 eggs. They also work well for making 8-inch quesadillas. Brown a tortilla in the pan, add the fillings (cooked ground beef, black beans either refried or drained canned beans, cheese, etc. ), top with another tortilla, and flip to brown the top tortilla. Another favorite is to cook scrambled eggs in the pan without breaking it up. After the egg is cooked (I also add diced onion and green pepper to the egg), slide it onto an 8-inch tortilla, add cheese such as Velveeta. After the tortilla is browned, put another 8-inch tortilla on top, and flip it to brown the top tortilla. So good!!What I love about the Ninja Premium cookware is:1) It is totally nonstick without seasoning.2) It doesn't scratch even if using metal utensils.3) It is dishwasher safe, but I hand wash mine since it is so easy to clean.4) They sear foods as well as cast iron without the maintenance.5) They can be used in the oven up to 500 degrees F.6) The exterior of the pots and pans are also anodized so they don't scratch like stainless steel or pots with painted exteriors, such as Staub and Le Creuset which I also have. What I do question is the Ninja warranty on these pans. I bought the lids for these pans separately, but most often, when buying sets the lids are included with the pans. On the sets, the boxes state there is a 5-year warranty on the set. If you register the set on the NinjaKitchen.com website, the warranty is 10 years. This, to me, indicates the entire set is included in the warranty. I recently found out this is not the case.I used this pan with the cover to cook breakfast sausage links, and noticed some of the grease splatters must have gotten between the glass on the cover and the metal rim. There is now way to clean this out. I called Ninja customer service and was told that the lids are not included under the warranty - only the pans. In my opinion, the area between the glass on the lid and the rim should have been sealed to prevent this problem and feel this is a manufacturing defect. At any rate, it should be noted that pots and pans are covered under the warranty, but lids are not.I hope this review was helpful for you.
