Incorrect measurement.
There is mismatch between what the pipette claim to measure and the actual volume picked up by using the pipette.I picked up 5ml of liquid in two sessions 2ml + 3ml. When I transferred to a measuring cylinder it was showing 3.5ml in total.All my readings were coming wrong. Thats when thats when I realized something is off.
