I’m not a supplement person but started a diet and was having trouble! Well along with dieting things take time after the first week I had improved on my regular routine. I have used this product before, and had good results, and glad to report is works as well as before.

Getting adjusted to this probiotic is a little rough. The gas I am producing is so bad compared to other probiotics. It works and helps move things along, but doesn't come out solid all the time. I'll update when I'm finished with the bottle.Update 11/25: This product does not work for me at all. I have used other probiotics with little to no issues that work well. This does not make my balls bigger as claimed. This product has started to make me constipated even though I have increased my water intake leaving my fiber intake the same. My stomach is constantly uncomfortable and feel bloated now all the time. I have stopped using the product as of today and I still have about 10 pills left. I would say to find another product. I have changed my rating from 4 to 1 star.
