what's the tightest setting it can be? he is five but has crazy tiny wrists.

Very small...it cinches up (no eyelets like a regular watch band). I love these watches. The band is soft elastic.

We lost the band - its it possible to just buy another band?

The band won't stay tight on this watch. Does anyone know how to fix it with velcro that does not involve a sewing machine?

I had to loop it so the extra band went against the skin vs the extra band just flopping on the outside. That seemed to help but it wasn’t a good fix just a semi better fit for my active boy
