Is there a plastic removable wrapping on these handles as it doesn’t feel right. it should feel like rubber?

The Oral-B Pro 3 3900 does not have a plastic wrapping. There are plastic bags around the accessories, but not the handle. The rubber is only in the button area, so the handle feels smooth to touch. Your Oral-B Team

Would these toothbrushes be suitable for a 13 year old or would a junior version be better?

I have just got the twin pack for my sons. The youngest is 13 and has recently had Full braces fitted and the Oral-b toothbrush is working great for him. The dentist and orthodontist are both very happy with his cleaning. So I’d imagine should be great for your 13 yr old too
