Solid tub with all information on it.I am unsure if this product is working? I am a woman and have taken this supplement for a few months and haven't noticed any difference in the health benefits.The tablets are quite large and powdered in a tablet coating so have no taste.They are okay for me to swallow as other tablets and supplements I take are the same size so I am used to it. If you aren't sure if you could comfortably swallow large tablets, maybe these won't be for you.I will continue taking them to see if they are making a difference.I will continue to take them a while longer to see if there are any changes in the long run.

They really work having had flakey nails for ages after only two weeks they are so much stronger and don’t break anymore when you knock them on anything . Definitely a very good product.
