As a Chef I love this product it is so easy to flavor and you really do not feel like you are missing out on a good meal yet keeping it low calorie.

Great rice substitue
Lets be honest, does this taste like rice? No. BUT it is a great addition to fill you up more. I recommend adding to meals that are sauce heavy. Once they are covered in sauce you really can't taste them.

I like it
Honestly at first it smelled and tasted weird to me, however I do like the consistency, Just like grinded up cauliflower. I now really enjoy the taste. It's even better when you put different spices or sauce on it, then the taste becomes really good

Too acidic.
I know taste is subjective, but for me calling this rice is a farce. Maybe if I started with cauliflower rice first.. I dunno. I had one bag that was not expired and was rotten in the sealed bag, not a big deal.. I get it. But I couldn't get over the taste, I tried adding multiple flavors to cover it up, but nothing helped. It's extremely acidic.

Delicious substitute for rice
It's easy to "make" (just warm it up on the stove) but I would definitely recommend using salted butter instead of oil. It's delicious.

Keto palm rice
It's not a good substitute for rice. The texture was nothing like rice. It was more like eating raw palms.
