I have several pannier bags for my bike rack but I never feel comfortable leaving them attached while I'm inside a grocery store. When I found out that there is a kind of pannier bag that also doubles as a backpack I knew I had to have one. The original model I was looking at costs 5 or 6 times as much as this one.I think this product is perfect for small grocery store runs and carrying a laptop and a few items. I would not attempt to take it bike packing for example.The design is very simple and I think I will be able to repair it if needed.It doesn't attach as firmly as my more expensive pannier bags but so long as I don't go off anything higher than a standard city curb it seemed to be fine.

This bag is really good. The material is waterproof, it comes with a band to carry it from different anchor points and the bag is spacious inside. I used it for a long bike trip without any issues, it stays fixed to the rack. Very good value.

I bought this because I was looking for a pannier for a folding bike. This one fits quite well. I've had it for a month and find it of reasonable quality and worth the price. I've ridden with it in moderate rain, and no issues with it being water penetrant. I like the shoulder straps, but haven't used it as a backpack. I think the biggest flaw with the bag is the lack of an outside pocket and the lack of a rigid back for the bag.

I’m new to cycling but really getting into it. I found these bags at a great price and they work really well. I put two of them on a front rack mount. They are easy to put on and takeoff. I bought an additional combination lock to lock them as well. They got tested today with a huge rainstorm. I didn’t put the yellow covering on and the bags kept out over 90% of the water. Instead of using the yellow covering, I went to Lowe’s and got to contractor bags. I put them inside of them and cut them to fit to make them 100% waterproof. Awesome brand thank you!

Terrible not quality material. I used it for 3 months and the bags tore at the seams. This product is just cheap crap

This is an ideal small pannier saddle bag for bikes that already have the rear cargo rack. The bag has 2 mounting hooks, a twist lock, and a Velcro strap to secure itself to the rack. Inside there is a stretchable mesh bag for a good 15" laptop storage. I've used the bag to bring fruits and vegetables from farmers market on weekends. I found it is well made and versatile.

The bag is not actually waterproof. I tried it in light drizzle and the bags somehow accumulated water in the bottom and my packed clothes were soaked through. The yellow "hair net" bag that it comes with is a bad joke, as in, the bag isn't actually water proof, so please put this cheap piece of plastic on the outside when raining.The bag also has a loose rather than rigid construction on the tire side of the bag, which means that when the bag isn't full, there is plastic flapping around that rubs the tires. This bag was not designed by a bike commuter.I give it two stars rather than one because it is affordable and might be ok for occasional use for some people, but for a daily bike commuter, it's a disaster.

This bike is great for commuting. It holds a lot of stuff—I can fit my change of clothes, personal items and even my lunch. It fits securely and doesn’t make me feel off balance. It goes on and off the bike rack easily and converts nicely to a shoulder bag. I’m really happy with this purchase.
