I used to use this stuff back in the '90's, and I can tell you that this version is very much improved. It it super ground, goes down easily, and though it still has that strong oniony taste will not make you gag like previous versions. It does keep the bowels going. Be mindful though that the cleansing program takes roughly 3 long months to do.

Good idea to clean the colon

One must read his booklet before doing this program. (and purchase the dry brush - can be bought in many stores, for lymph brushing) It is a bowel/tissue/lymph cleanse program and well worth it. Things will come out of you and many conditions will heal - the bowel is the seat of health. Unlike other products, this one is balanced with herbs that provide different properties - all in balance to eventually cleanse "stuff" that is hard, (like leather almost), parasites (most Americans have these) and eventually the bowel is returned to health and the cells in the body can be properly nourished.
