They average about 2 inches. A little smaller if they are in kneeling position. The top of the rifle is sometimes slightly higher, but the body of the figure is 2".

Sorry but I bought it as a gag gift for a retiring Vet Rep and have no idea what all was included and he isn't around to ask :-(

Q: How many are included?

There are about 50 soldiers (give or take) for each country (USA, Great Britain, Germany and Japan) about 200, probably a few more... so I'd say 200-206??
