The "About us" page of the Mueller website is about a spiralizer. I'm guessing the company is Austrian, with US offices in New York and factories wherever is advantageous to them.

Does this product work with nut milk?

If your very careful milking your nuts it should work fine

Does the unit get hot while in use?

The unit itself does not get hot on the outside or underneath. After using it I always feel my countertop to make sure it didn’t get overly hot, it has never been anything but just a bit warm where it sat. I usually run the machine for 8 1/2 hours.

Hi! What are the starters we can use?

I just use 2oz from a plain single-serving yogurt as my starter. Just make sure the yogurt you buy only has milk and live bacteria and you’re good to go!
