can this sub get muddy

I havent had any actual mud on mine but it has been exposed to water several times. I put one in a speaker cooler that I take river rafting and have not had an issue. Just be sure to put the grill on it for protection.

Can someone provide me box dimensions for this subwoofer with and without vents please?? on the manual it was cut off

Without porting it should be one foot wide by 1 ft high by one foot deep, and some polyfill in there it'll give you a tighter bass sound too

What diameter cut out is needed?

I used the installation template. The holes where cut in 3/8 fiberglass with a router (fine bit edge)

Can I connect this directly to pyle radio plmr38b sub out connections without an external amplifer?

I guess so it has a 2 wire connection black/ red.
