is it true this cowboy hat is heavy and unconfortable?

Yes it is a little bit heavier but it is not at all uncomfortable I use mine all day at work.

Some reviews are false.so that being said does it come with rhe suspension or not

Yes mine did come with suspension but not the ratcheting type as discribed
