Thank you for this product. I'm verry happy to have it. Very easy to install by my self in 2 mins. In package there is everything for instant use. Only there is missing label which pipe is for dirty(blue) and which one for clean water(white). Recomending.

Buy and dump!!!
Usually I don't go from products on Amazon below 4 stars but this was an exception as budget was a constraint. Taking this chance I was throughly disappointed. Firstly, they won't tell you while requesting installation that installation charge is 500 when it should ideally be free for a new product. Next, the RO started flooding my kitchen by the second usage itself but I kept my calm. Finally, contacting customer care they simply said that person will come to attend but we have to pay visiting charges. Asking why we have to pay for product defect during warranty they told that it's all mentioned in the card. I stopped using the product then and there. It is meant to supply fresh water for my aquarium and now fishes are suffering until I find suitable alternative. One can imagine if we continue to use the product further within warranty we would have paid more than product cost for all the visiting charges.

yesterday i have received Samta RO water purifier in that there is no post carbon filter bur illustratation there is one post carbon filter which is acting 5th and 6th stage filter
