This a Great supplement. It works real fast!! Good thing is that you can use up to 3 bottles before cycling off of it. I have been using for 5 years noq ans have had no complications. Results will depend on how hard you work at it. I would recommend Cell Food with this. Great Combo:)

Great Natural Ergogenic Aid
I used this product in High School in the 80’s when it was called “Muscle Mix”, and in College in the 90’s as well. It always worked to help increase Strength, Recovery and Muscularity. I randomly did a Google search to look for it and found Musco Mxt which is a slightly different formulation I believe as I remember the Muscle Mix had Eluethero in it as well. Needless to say this is a great Natural supplement to integrate in the supplement protocol from time to time

I've used this product when I was bodybuilding in my late 20's and it helped increase my strength gains and recovery dramatically. I tried it again in my 40's and didn't notice as much benefit, but I honestly think it was my casual working out, and I wasn't consistent either. Although I did still recover faster than I did without it. Overall I think its a good product for those who train regularly and have reached a plateau or those who tend to over train and stay sore too long. I'm a 50 yr old female who's trained for yrs, played sports and had my share of injuries. I'm trying it again to see if I can help a lagging injury heal. I'll give feedback after I've given it at least a month.
