“Smooth, Strong, and no cracks
I’ve been using USG Sheetrock Easy Sand for my art projects, and I’m extremely happy with the results. It’s lightweight, easy to mix and apply, and gives a beautifully smooth finish. What I love most is that it doesn’t crack, even on delicate or sculptural surfaces. It sands effortlessly, which saves me a lot of time in the finishing process. Good product in a resealable bag
I use a fast set (20 minute) compound on my first pass or two, then this 90 minute long set compound for my final finishing coats. This is a good brand that mixes well with no lumps, shoes on smooth, and sets up like it should. Several thinner coats with complete drying in between is better than a thick uneven coat that you just end up with a lot of unnecessary sanding.I prefer this mix your own to a pre mixed drywall compound. Stored in a dry location it never goes bad and you can keep some on hand for when you need it. You can mix to the consistency you want - I go a bit on the thin side for final finishing coats.

Easy to mix, easy to use and really dries fast . I had a 6 foot crack and it filled it great to tape and compound.

Tiny bags, exploded during shipping
For starters, mine exploded in the box.. so idk what the heck the shipping was like. But it seemed chaotic.For 2nd, idk how the heck they were getting away with selling these tiny bags for $20 a pop. I'm glad I got these on clearance for $9 due to the size being so small.I'm genuinely hoping that this stuff is the real deal and isn't trash, but I guess once I start my project, that'll be the true test.Considering I'm trying to renovate my whole house, I don't think these tiny bags will cut it, but I'm hoping that it atleast works well for my office..

Used this with joint tape and to fill holes in my drywall - works well and if it dries out, you can always add more water! easy to mix and use!

Doing a renovation of my bathroom and needed to patch a spot in the ceiling. This is fantastic with a long set time - since this was my first time using. I didn't want to purchase the 'big' bag at the hardware store...just didn't need a ton of this stuff. Just wish the price was a bit better - since a 'big' bag is like the same price as this. Overall - great product, easy to use.
