Are they edible microgreens?

Yes Microgreens and edible and eaten as raw, that way we use un- treated and Non GMO seeds to get maximum health benefits, also to avoid any contamination microgreens are generally grown in soilless media , like cocopeat , grow mat only using only water to grow microgreens.

Can I grow them on cocopeat?

Yes you can frow them using cocopeat however its better to mix perlite for little aeration in root zone which can avoid root rotting

Any expiry date on seeds?

Yes, its best before one year from packed date. We have mentioned packed date outside of main packaging bag

Can we eat this as a sprout salad? And are the all 12 type of seeds in the One combo pack??

Generally we use sprout of Radish , Alfalfa , clover and cauliflower from this combo pack, however this combo pack also includes - Beet root Turnip, Dill, Kohlrabi, Pak choi and china mustard which is not used for sprouting purpose, We have other sprouting mix products on Amazon you can use that for only sprouting.
