The product is fine, after all it is what it is. Making it available on Amazon is the issue, the capsules are not always available. Capsules are easier to swallow.

WARNING! DRINK LOTS OF WATER! Trip to ER and Esophagitus
I take, well took, this daily for general healthy blood pressure and before my workouts- assuming it worked well, no complaints…I took one Wed 2/23 and it felt like the pill may have been slightly lodged or was slow to go down. I didn’t think anything of it but experienced heartburn a few moments later (I noticed this right away because I have had heartburn maybe twice in my life…). I wasn’t able to workout so I went to bed…I woke up in the morning and noticed I had a hard time swallowing water, food etc. I felt it in my throat and all behind my breast bone-a sharp pain as whatever I swallowed made it’s way down.Friday was so painful, I could only drink a tsp of water at a time. No food.Saturday the pain radiated to the back between my shoulderblades and was so excruciating, I ended up in the hospital. Diagnosis of gastritis and esophagitus.If you Google l-arginine and esophagitus you will find actual studies of this happening to others. If l-arginine gets stuck where it shouldn’t, you bad get an acid burn. it is an amino acid and unfortunately acts like it. MAKE SURE IT GOES DOWN COMPLETELY!

Love this brand product
I find this particular brand GNC, L Arginine more effective than other brands. I prefer Capsules over Caplets. i feel they dissolve better not being solid.
