World’s pickiest eater, Bubba the Budgie, apparently loves these veggies as much as millet; making his owner feel quite hypocritical in his own like (or dislike) of veggies. I’ve had him 7 of his 8 years. Fed him Kaytee products the entire time. Last vet visit showed perfect health and zero breast fat also due in part to freedom to fly in a safe place at his desire. I believe “little big man” has another 4 to 7 years in him with proper care, good exercise and the good and wholesome diet that Kaytee products deliver.

I have budgies - the pickiest eaters of all pet birds I’m told and I believe it because I have 8 now and have had quite a few over the years. But they love this stuff, they don’t pick it out and throw it on the ground. Adds variety to their seed and fruit/veggie mix I give them. I know it would be easy to just dry and make my own kale and spinach since there isn’t much for dried papaya chunks in this, I’ve gone thru maybe 15 bags of this. I wish tho that it was sold in either some kind of package deal like buy 3 for cheaper, or even just a bigger bag that is still resealable. My birds really love it and I like sprinkling and mixing it into their food and I feel like I’m giving them something that’s good for them but ha ha they think of it as more of a treat. I will continue to buy this because they love it, but I do wish I could get it in a bigger bag or get a deal on buying 3+ at one time because the size of bag to my ratio of birds doesn’t last as long as I would prefer.
