This is the 6th ROKR wooden puzzle I have purchased. My 11 year old grandson built all of them . He gave his Dad this clock as a Christmas gift and it is just beautiful. The kits are not easy, the pieces are very delicate and you need a fair amount of patience to build them. So far he has built a marble works, a carousel, a lock box, a ballista , a grand piano music box and this clock. He has excellent fine motor skills for his age and loves a challenge so they are perfect for him.

We were looking for a wall clock for our dining room and came across this 3D Puzzle clock. The product instruction is clear and the parts are easy to connect/assemble. You will need to be very careful in detaching the parts/pieces from the panels as they’re very delicate. It is certainly a good project to work on with family and friends. I wish it came with a bigger size, but overall is a great buy.

I really enjoyed this little project. It took me maybe 4 hours total, and I was in zero rush. The instructions were clear and understandable and the finished product was nicer than I expected.I still need to work on the clock movement to get it to be more accurate. Aligning marks or more clear setup instructions here is the only reason I deducted a star. The fact is you shouldn’t buy this project for an accurate time keeping piece, but this is a fun project and will look cool on your wall!I do want to possibly add some detail painting and highlights in the future and the material is setup for more color to be added.Don’t be afraid of the complexity, you can do it!

It took me a few days and the end result was very satisfying, it’s a beautiful wall ornament and I love the manual mechanics for the calendar, now I enjoy checking the time! Definitely an intermediate build for customers that are committed to a project, not something to buy on a whim because the parts are delicate and there are few replacement parts. My singular critique would be having some extra pieces of the extremely small binding wood pieces since they’re so small and fragile, and very easy to break, and it’s frustrating if they’re damaged just during the build and there are none to help you finish the project. Other than that, a lovely wood project that I had tons of fun making

This is the 2nd Rokr kit I have purchased. The 1st was a marble maze that worked perfectly and looks great. I have just opened the clock. Everything as expected. Hope it works as promised.

I have constructed may types of wooden clock kits, this one is the easiest one to construct. That said, there are a few things to know before building it. First, the instructions are pretty well done, the diagrams are in general pretty accurate, although in many cases the orientation of the parts are obfuscated by the size of the print. The "english" translation leaves alot to be disired, you willl have to figure out what they intend, and not exactly what they say. The main warining I would give is when you attempt to install the battery, it is an double A, not a triple A, or a 5AA as they say,, do not push it in too hard to fit the slot in the clock, as it will push out the wooden pieces on the other side. The wooden pieces on this kit fit really well. And, it looks pretty cool. As to the function of the "ZODIAC" stuff, its a mystery to me.
